Nearly three years ago Ruth Davis and Myfanwy Pugh, started the Luncheon Club, held in the Everest Hall every third Wednesday of the month at 12.30pm.
There are usually about 20 of us who gather for a chat before enjoying a delicious lunch of soup with home baked bread rolls followed by a choice of home made cake and a cup of tea or coffee, and all for £1!
All are welcome, there is no age limit, upper or lower, and there is no need to book.
